This event was sponsored in GOLD by our client, Hewlett Packard Enterprises Nigeria (HPE Nigeria), graced by MD HPE Nigeria, Chuks Opaka as one of its front line speakers.

Our client had the privilege of hosting the event VIPs, Speakers and Dignitaries at the executive lounge which is exclusively branded by HPE.

Here, we wanted to give the brand maximum exposure amongst key decision makers while ensuring the executive lounge memoirs an unforgettable hospitality and HPE experience to all its visitors.

The HPE Booth
  • We also created room for brand experience at the smart-cities exhibition area.
  • This was a little challenging as there were many other players exhibiting and we had to create unique visibility for the brand amongst the clutter, and we did.
  • We executed the Executive Lounge to reflect opulence and warmth while making the brand visible as much as possible.
  • We provided smart guest relations services was provided by our brand hosts who were eloquent and brilliant in representing the brand
  • Brand Memorabilia and Display Screens were also used to carry our clients message while treating the guest to a great hospitality.
Report & Evaluation
  • A detailed report of the post event and analysis showed that the objectives set out were met.
  • We also provided media coverage through the brand’s partner firm, which gave  a good share of voice for the brand in the media during the period of this event.
